Central FX Limited does not share any client information with third parties and all client information is held securely on remote servers. Client information, paper or electronic, is handled with due care; in line with CFXs internal guidelines.

CLIENT PROTECTION

Our client funds are held in segregated accounts, entirely separate from our own operating accounts, so client funds are always safe. We hold client segregated bank accounts with our banking partners and liquidity providers in the UK and overseas under the Payment Services Directive

Central FX (CFX) is authorized and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) under the Payment Services Regulations 2017, for the provision of payment services, with register number 565847 & Her Majesty’s Revenue & Customs as a Money Services Business with register number 12651660.
